Using auto_zoom_max with GeoMashup::map

Is it possible to use the auto_zoom_max setting when adding a map with the GeoMashup::map(array template tag? Tossing it into the array (e.g. alongside map_content) doesn’t do it, but I wonder if there’s a subarray I can specify that would. I’m using it to display a map of search results that include post author, which is working great, so I don’t necessarily want to change that—just need to set a max zoom in case only one result is returned. Any help is appreciated. 🙂
