I managed to solve this problem dude,
I just deactivate the comment feature in jetpack selectively while other features are still runnin.
go to your jetpack section
on “Jetpack Comments” square there are 2 buttons
“learn more” and “configure”,
once you click on “learn more”, “configure” button becomes “deactivate“
