Thanks for reaching out @manishdev. From reviewing your screenshots, this may be Search Console related and not specifically Site Kit. If you’re looking to add or remove users access to any property within Search Console you can do so via Settings > Users and permissions. You’ll find more on this here. It’s not possible to add users access to Search Console from within Site Kit.
If you’re unsure of any of the emails mentioned, you may also want to check with he product experts over at the Search Console Help Center to confirm any bulk emails you’re receiving in relation to access revoked, as unauthorized indexing accounts are a possible indicator of a compromised property or spam.
With the email reports feature within Site Kit, you can invite other users who have a profile for your site, and who can login and access the Site Kit to receive a report on how your site is performing overall, however, it’s not possible to add users via their email alone, they must have a login to your site. This doesn’t grant users delegate access, it’s only a Site Kit summary.

I was wondering if site-kit plugin adds any users like the one in screenshot on it’s own as it seems to have access to search console owner of domains.
bulkindexing service accounts (from screenshot) seems to be coming from sitekit as that’s the only plugin we have in wordpress which has access to our search console, it’s not only added to one domain but on all domains where we have sitekit plugin installed.
Note: About user delegate access, it’s the history of the users we removed manually.
Thanks for the update @manishdev. And Site Kit doesn’t allow users to add delegate access, nor does it display what users have access. Any administrator of your site who sets up Site Kit will go through a verification process where they will get full access to that property in Search Console. If you have other users who you wish to share the Site Kit dashboard with, without granting them delegate access, you can do so via the plugins dashboard sharing feature. Using dashboard sharing works in that users can use a view only version of the Site Kit dashboard, including Search Console data that the plugin displays, but they won’t have access in Search Console directly.
