UserOnline URL

Using version 2.87.1 of the UserOnline plugin. It seems that the page is auto refreshing to update user count and when it does it places another display of the entire website into the sidebar widget area. Why is this happening? The ‘URL To UserOnline Page’ field is blank and the ‘Link user names?’ radio is set to No. Why is it refreshing another home page into the sidebar?
