    I’m using the User Management plugin by ninja forms to register users.

    I’ve tried putting the settings to where the ninja form registers users as a player with the proper settings enabled in Sportspress but new users are not being created as players/being added in the players. They are being register as a Player user role to wordpress, but not an actual player in sportspress. I still have to go to the player tab and manually add them as a player to the platform.

    what am I doing wrong? Do I have to use the default wordpress register form for this to work? Or am I getting confused on what the player registration feature actually is?

    Hi there!

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Indeed, the automatic player profile creation will only work if you use the default WP registration form.

    If you use a custom form, you’ll need some custom code to create the player registration as well.

    We don’t have one specific file you can adjust for that. So you’ll need to look in our code how that function is added or create a custom workflow for that.
