Can you send a screenshot of your active plugin list (via the menu Plugins > Installed Plugins)?

I am not seeing our plugin in the list?

Thanks! The free version is visible to all users (including logged in/ logged out). You may need to test in incognito mode to see the wheel if you’ve already tested it before.

Without popup is only possible in the paid version.
