Hello, is there a way to use subcategories in the catalogue? I would like subcategories appears in dropdowns menus. For now, categories appears below each other like in the screenshot.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry this free version of wp catalogue does not handle different level an of category and sub cats well. Pro version will be available in a few weeks (end of January) and has much better handling of this.
