Use different map in geo mashup?

Hi,

I’ve searched and tried to understand, but sorry, I don’t.
On my blog I use the geo mashup plugin and I love its functionality, but – sorry – not its design. http://www.project22.org/project/neighborhood-in-istanbul/

If possible I’d love to integrate a different map. I’m not even sure, if that mean I need a different map provider ?.!.

I’d love to integrate maps from either

• cloudmade
• mapbox e.g. my custom map

Somewhere it says, the plugin uses mapstraction – but I couldn’t figure out how to change the settings, so that it uses a different map/different tiles/a different provider.

Can someone help out with a sample code?
