It looks like ploteo.local is a domain that has not been registered yet.
If you’re currently using Jetpack on an offline development site using that as a local testing URL, then I’m afraid I’m not sure what your question is, as it sounds like you have that site in Jetpack’s Development Mode, which would be the correct thing to do in this situation.
If this didn’t help, then what are you trying to accomplish exactly, and what isn’t working the way you expect?

I am using the latest version of Jetpack. I enabled development/offline mode via the filter method explained here. I think you can ignore the recommendation of the course and proceed. However, if you have specific questions, you will need to reach out to the instructor.
