Urgent support

I’m supposed to get priority support with the WooCommerce POS Pro but I’ve been trying for days trough different ways and I’ve been ignored.
1st: I’m not able to download the POS report by payment method. I can see a circle chart with the data but when I press the “Export CSV” button, it doesn’t work.
2nd: Since one week ago, when I do a purchase with the POS and I clic “make the payment”, it takes so long time and mostly of the times the message “Time out” appears and the purchase remains uncomplete.
