I searched if it’s the fuel or residential surcharges.. but I didn’t found a resultat equal to your plugin.

I asked also to UPS more information.. how to obtain via API the same amount than our account. I will forward you the answer if I get it.

with fuel surcharge.
(I enter post code and city manualy in UPS account > no residential surcharge)
2)
Romania, 040183 Bucharest, 0.3 kg, 5*5*10 cm :
17.71 € via Plugin & 19.99 € via UPS website. Bad.
with fuel surcharge + Residential surcharge (3.35 price list)
(I chose an existing cutomer in UPS account > residential surcharge recorded)
Ok, I think the difference is (all cases?) the residential surcharge.
Note also, the discount on residential surcharge is specific (38% for me)- not the same than for shipping costs.
The best if possible is to offer the possibility to add any value in addition to the total. (value and/or %)
