Uploading to subdirectories

My setup.

[fileup sub=”mis” makedir=”true” matchdrawer=”true” fadein=”opacity” fadetime=”1500″ theme=”silver-bullet”]

[fileaway type=”table” sub=”MIS” paginate=”true” pagesize=”15″ searchlabel=”Search” ” fadein=”opacity” fadetime=”1500″ manager=”on” theme=”silver-bullet”]

1) When I create a sub-directory, it creates no problem. When I go to that sub-directory, I would like to be able to file up to it but when I file up, the files are uploaded to the main directory “mis”

2) After creating the sub-directory, I can not use Manager Mode to move them as they do not show up in destination Directory drop-down.
