Upgrade to 1.2.8

Upgraded to 1.2.8 and I did not change anything in the CP configuration settings.

1) nice orange BUY buttons disappeared
2) refresh/remove buttons disappeared from checkout page

My upgraded WP is using:

The Cart Press 1.2.8 with Dynamic Options 1.1.3.1 and Discounts 1.1.3
