Upgrade

    I have WP1.2 running I want to upgrade to Wp1.2.1 I read the simple instruction’s but I just want to make sure I do it write.
    I copy all Wp1.2.1 files into my present WP1.2. folder replacing all the files and then I go to /wp-admin/upgrade.php?
    Is that the correct step?
