Updating Ticket Fieldsets

We have created multiple Event Tickets, Ticket Fieldsets and certain dropdowns needed adding to. We have now realised that earlier tickets need their dropdowns updated to include the new drop down list additions.
I have gone in to Update Ticket Fieldsets and updated them, but the revised lists are not showing on existing tickets that were set up before the change.
Is there any way I can see what Ticket Fieldset a ticket is using?
Is there any way I can get the old event tickets to pick up the changes?
