updating status issue

    Hi, I have brought your plugin but im having issues uploading to update information
    I tried updating order status in bulk with excel using the export template and I keep getting the following error for all the lines
    The columns I have used for uploading are
    Name Number Order Status Display Notes Public

    Hi,

    could you try to organize your info in this order: Number; Name; Order Status; Display; Notes Public

    Also, if you are uploading an .xls file, try to convert it to an .xlsx file.
