Update Status not woking

    Hi
    1) In front end, there is update status and all my status appear but llooking weird, maybe they should be in drop down menu but that is not the case. and when i click update status it gives me DB error

    on customer side however, it appears ok, but there is HUGE space between the progress bar and the info

    is there a way to edit the info and how they look and add more?

    2) is adding more considered custom feild? paid plugin?

    i did not understand the paid plugin prices, is it ONE time fee or? for premuim updates

    3) why the track ur order form stays there even if the results appeared already?

    An please, i have 4 status, and i chose the 1st one for sample order, but it shows full proress bar. Not sure why?

    Hi mkaiit,

    1) Thank you for letting us know of the issue. It seems that we have closed the container tag before adding the list. There should be an update released soon.

    3) “Track your order” is still displayed even after results have appeared because customers may have additional orders. Meaning, one customer may have more than one order to track. It will be easier for the customer to view another order by having the form on the same page.

    4) Have you added a percentage to the status?
