update failing

Could you let me know what happens on your site when the update fails? Do you get an error in your dashboard that the update failed? If so, could you copy the error and paste it here?

If you don’t get any error, but only get a 500 error as you mentioned in the other thread you started here, could you check your error logs to find out more about the error? That should tell us more about the error, what caused it, and what can be done to avoid that in the future.
