I suppose I can start moving to that. Their FAQ states that either with or without HTTPS is fine for now. I’ve update the examples on my website and will get the .org examples updated tomorrow evening.
No worries. Now that the web is finally moving to “https everywhere,” and the free SSL/https “let’s encrypt” certs coming into play, seemed like a good time to mention.
only came up as I was working on custom ‘slim’ WP theme for our main business site — you helped me quite a bit with the news system portion of this process back in April/May/June this year (thanks again!); but now working on main service portal to retire the shtml/cgi stuff and move to WP/php; only ran into this as our site has been “https everywhere” since 2014, so I got an error checking my work/dev theme once I put in the code, and then went “oh, hey, that’s http … doh!” …
Most peeps would figure that out if they have https website; but thought I’d save you a billion support tickets in 2017 🙂
