Today’s plugin update caused a fatal error on the site. I had to disable the plugin by renaming it from the file manager because I couldn’t even access the dashboard. How can I fix this?

    Hi @elenavaga

Thank you for reaching out — I’m happy to help you with this.

If you’re currently using The Events Calendar v6.15.12.0, I highly recommend updating to the latest release, v6.15.12.2, along with updating your other plugins to ensure full compatibility across your site.

If the issue persists after updating, please try temporarily enabling debugging on your website and check the logs or the affected page for any error messages. Feel free to share those details with us, and we’ll gladly take a closer look to help you move forward.
