• Hi — your latest update has broken my site — I’m getting a critical error when opening my site. If I disable Themify, the site comes back.

  • It broke mine as well, but I was on php version 5.x.x so updated to 7.2 and now works with the update.

    Ah, thanks for that. Actually I was on 7.2… but I updated it to 7.3 and that resolved it.

    Hi everyone,

    Could you post more details about the issue? It sounds it is related to PHP versions. Could you post a screenshot of the error?

    It does seem to be related to your PHP level. I moved mine from 7.2 to 7.3 and that resolved it.

    The error is the “Critical Error” that WordPress gives you when a plugin fails for some reason. I don’t have a screenshot

    Please try to update to Builder 5.0.1. We’ve fixed the old PHP version issue.
