Update breaks columns

When I update from VER 3.9.5 to 4.3.2 the columns no longer display properly.

I’m using WP VER 3.5.2

This is a test site with a locked directory. To access here’s the credentials:
User: look
PW: dede1200

please advise on how to fix broken columns.
