    This appears to be an issue with the certificate system. Can you navigate to the Quiz Settings page of quiz and then go to the Certificate tab? From there, try to change the text in the Certificate Title field and then click Save Certificate Options. Let me know if that fixes the error you are experiencing.

    If this does not fix the error, please answer the following questions:
    What version of WordPress are you using?
    What version of Quiz Master Next do you have installed?
    What other plugins do you have installed?

    Hi Frank,

    When I navigate to the Quiz Settings page I get more errors:

    I am running Quiz 3.6.1 on WP 4.0.1 and have the following plugins installed:

    Responsive Lightbox

    The Events Calendar
    W3 Total Cache
