“Unknown error” when using https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug

    Hi.

    I am trying to debug connectivity issues between my site’s Jetpack and wordpress.com

    For that I am trying to use the URL https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug and feeding it with my site’s URL. But I get the response:

    Debug
    Unknown error
    An unknown error has occurred.

    If you continue to get this error, please check out our troubleshooting guide or contact support.

    Any help appreciated.

    The problem I am facing is that my site is not listed under “My sites” section of wordpress.com

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Your Jetpack connection is looking good from our end. Are you still seeing an error message?

    No, it is working now :). I fixed it by using WordPress.com account instead of Google account.
