I am guessing you are talking about Instagram. If not, please provide additional details. A few other users (with no apparent pattern) reported this. See my last post on this topic.

Sorry, but “instagram code” could mean several things:
- It could mean the code that is written in the plugin’s Instagram module – if you have software development skills, you can look into the plugin’s code. There are no restrictions to using the code – it is GPL’d. But I cannot help you with using it elsewhere.
- It could mean the access token that is returned by Instagram. You can copy that from Photonic → Settings → Instagram → Instagram Settings →
Instagram Access Token.

That will not work. Practically all the code is “necessary”. If the authentication between Photonic and Instagram is broken (see the link I posted in my first response), it wouldn’t matter what code you used from Photonic – you wouldn’t be able to pull the information from Instagram.
