It seems you’re running into some limitations on your server. 87k+ pages… that’s not trivial.

I had ask my hosting provider they told me you can create unlimited pages

WordPress allows unlimited pages (ie there’s no hard limit on the number of pages you can create). But that doesn’t mean ANY server or shared hosting account is capable of supporting an unlimited number of pages… or comes pre-configured to do so.

Just think about this: there are hosting plans that cost under $5/month, and there hosting plans that cost thousands of dollars per month. Why do larger sites pay the thousand of dollars payment if the $5 plan could do just fine? 😀

In any case, I did not mean that your hosting is not capable of hosting your site: I have no idea what hosting you have. What I meant was that the site may be running into a default configuration limit… and that the configuration may need to be tweaked.

For instance, it’s common for larger sites or “heavy” themes and plugins to run into OOM or out-of-memory issues. Often, the simple solution is to add a single line of code in the WordPress configuration file to allow WordPress to use more memory.

If you’d like us to troubleshoot this further.

1) Did you receive the admin notification email? That should give us some clue about what’s happening.

2) Do you see any error(s) in your browser’s developer console when you click to update the page?

3) I can see the screenshot you sent is full of left-over code from the Visual Composer (aka JS Composer, aka WP Bakery) plugin. Given that your current theme (Courtyard) doesn’t require this, I’ll recommend you go through your plugins list and de-activate ALL plugins your site no longer needs. And check.

4) If the problem still persists, de-activate ALL plugins, switch to one of the default themes, and test again. If the problem goes away with a default theme and ALL plugins de-activated, then you know the problem is one of your plugins or theme. Now, enable your plugins one after the other, testing each time, until you find the plugin causing the problem. You may use the “Troubleshooting Mode” feature of the “Site Check & Troubleshooting” plguin to do this without affecting the public website.
