Turn off Meta Description Required?

    I’ve started getting this message and I can’t publish or update unless I put 145 characters.

    This is annoying because I don’t always want to put 145 characters or any characters.

    How do I disable this?

    Hello Scottl31,

    It only requires 70 characters or more.

    You can disable this check by unchecking “Warn me when publishing without a title or description” in wp-admin -> Settings -> FV Simpler SEO. It’s right at the top of that settings screen.
