Troubleshooting Mode not working

    When I click “Enable Troubleshooting Mode” I briefly get this message

    “You have successfully enabled Troubleshooting Mode, all plugins will appear inactive until you disable Troubleshooting Mode, or log out and back in again”

    before it takes me back to the Dashboard. I can’t see a Troubleshooting Mode menu in my Admin bar, and when I check the plugins, none of them are disabled.

    When I return to the Health Check plug in and to the “Troubleshooting” tab the “Enable Troubleshooting Mode” buton is still there, so it looks to me like it isn’t enabling at all.
