Well that’s not good. I’m sorry to hear that @lyndonpryor. This is most likely caused by a plugin or theme conflict. Can you try deactivating the other plugins and switching to the default Twenty Seventeen theme? Does that fix the problem for you? If so, try switching back to your theme and see if that causes the issue to start up again. If it doesn’t, then try activating your plugins one by one until you see the issue again. That should narrow down where the problem lies.
I’m going to be out of the office tomorrow, but if you respond tonight or tomorrow I’ll make sure to get back to you early next week.

I went through and disabled all plugins to find the conflict. When I disabled the fusion builder, the date and time selection functioned properly. Obviously, I need the fusion builder for the site to display properly, but I would also really like to use the Volunteer Management plugin. I contacted the theme support and received the following:
I am afraid its the issue of third party plugin conflict so we won’t be able to help you with that as its outside of the scope of our support policy. The problem is likely the plugin uses the jQuery functions so I’d recommend contacting the relevant plugin author. We have a criteria of checking a public plugin issue if it has a minimum of 50k downloads but this plugin has just 800 downloads.
Are there any other options?
I’m sorry to hear that @lyndonpryor. Unfortunately, there isn’t much we can do on our end either. As you can imagine, there are a lot of plugin conflicts like this that occur all the time, and it would be very difficult for us to account for all of them in our plugin.
If you wanted we could give you a bid to look into it, but I completely understand if you’d rather not go that route.
Sorry I can’t be more helpful.
Jonathan
ok. we may come back to this at a later date, but not now. thank you.
Thanks @lyndonpryor and sorry we weren’t able to help further. Good luck with the website.
