Translator of the plugin

    I would like to translate some visible words like ‘User Rating’ or ‘(1 votes)’ to german.

    For that, I have created a \plugins\wp-review\languages\de-DE.po and translated this two words.

    But I can’t get it working.
    If I hardcode this text in lines 255 and 256 of your \plugins\wp-review\includes\functions.php, it will be displayed correctly.

    Could you please have a lookt at this?
