Hi there,
Thanks for using CusRev.
I’m afraid that we don’t have permission to approve translation strings in the WordPress translation system. I suggest you follow the WordPress documentation to create a PTE request. After you become a PTE, you can approve your translation strings and the strings of other translators.

hi, I translated a lot of words in Hindi language. I got an email stating that once I’m done, follow the link to get the translations approved. I created an account on Slack, followed the correct procedure but no one has responded on slack to approve my translations. I spent a long time on translating to get lifetime key for CusRev for my website but now I feel like it is a scam because no one responds and no way to reach further up the chain
@rickysingh94 thank you for contributing translations to Hindi language, much appreciated!
Unfortunately, as the plugin developer, we do not have permissions to approve translations. Approvals of translations are managed by WordPress Polyglot team. Could you please let me know if you have submitted a PTE request to them here: https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/?
Just in case, the explanation how to submit a PTE Request is here: https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/plugin-theme-authors-guide/pte-request/
We haven’t heard from you for more than two weeks. For this reason, I’ll assume that either you are not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If you still require any help, please start a new forum topic.
