    Hi!

    First off: great plugin.

I do however have an issue. How do I send out translated review emails? I have a custom template for email-review-reminder.php, which works great, but I don’t know how to translate. Do I need to create a different subdirectory named /en_US/ or something? (My main language is nl_NL).

I use polylang as translation tool.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

You can follow the Polylang documentation to translate strings in the plugin or the theme https://polylang.pro/doc/strings-translation/

I recommend contacting Polylang support to get more information.

Well the thing is that I made a custom php file for email-review-reminder.php. I put that in my theme folder according to the instructions of your plugin. That works, but I don’t know how to translate that custom email.

There is nothing in string translations. Thats why I asked if it is possible to create a different sub directory for other languages or something so that the email that gets sent out corresponds to the language in which the customer bought their product.

So where do I upload a custom email-review-reminder.php file for different languages (if possible)?

Nevermind. I created a php template without using the id=”header_wrapper” etc. I just wrote it from scratch, not linking to stuff like that. I’ll work on using it and testing the translations. Thanks!
