Hello,
Can you please test with a minimal set of plugins (WooCommerce+WPML plugins only) and a default theme like Twenty Fourteen, if the issue persists?
As far as I see this looks to me like a very strange – perhaps theme issue.

It seems like the issue is gone, at least Twenty Fifteen displays normal theme with products.
Can you tell me what might be the issue? As I dont have any contact with theme developer and they dont offer any support
Without actually looking at the code, I can only guess about the issue.
From what I saw, I assume that there might be some issue with the template that is being used for the categories.
Perhaps if you track which template is being used – you might find that it is using different templates and then you can create maybe per-language template like taxonomy-de.php or similar.
Other possible way of testing and debugging this is to activate the WooCommerce template debug – so that the original templates are being used instead of the templates provided by the theme.

Yes, I’ve switched debug mode on, and now I can see page, it’s still little-bit broken, but already some progress.
I can see, that on category page I have wrapper.php enabled
Do you have any idea how should I rename it, so it can be activated?
Thank you so much!
Well, I cannot be 100% certain how this can be set, because it requires some in-depth debugging.
Basically you need to check the page that displays properly – which template it uses, and why the translated page does not use that page.
Then you can probably copy the proper template for the other language – like in example: category-de.php

How can I send you login details for more information?
In this forum here, it is not possible.
However you can open a new ticket in wpml.org forum and after a supporter sets your reply as a private, then you can share securely login information.
I am marking this ticket as resolved due to inactivity here.

This issue was fixed with new theme release. In previous version WPML was not supported
Thank you, Vadim for updating us.
It is good that a solution has been found.
Happy New Year!
