    Hi,

    There is an issue with my e-commerce order tracking on google analytics. I’m using woocommerce on my bebsite. Nevertheless, Tatvic only tracks single product orders and do not track orders with multiples products inside.

    Could you please unblock this issue as i cannot track my e-commerme performance properly …

    Hi @camilleg,

    Thanks for posting us and sorry for not replying sooner.

    We have had a look at your store and observed that the plugin is working fine till the checkout step, including multiple products getting tracked. Here is the screenshot for reference.

    Also, we tried to place a test order to check the tracking at the thankyou page but could not.

    At this point, we need the details to place a test order but due to the WordPress forum policy, we cannot ask that here.

    We would have helped you further if the mode of communication would have been a different one. We hope you understand our limitations to support you here.
