tours not showing

    My tours are not showing when I add it to a page. i see this in the console:

    Hi @marbaque ,

    Thank you for reaching out. Looking at your console errors, the main issue is this one:

    GET https://kit.fontawesome.com/af139132ba.js 403 (Forbidden)

    This means a custom FontAwesome Kit is being used on your site, but it’s configured to load only on specific allowed domains, and your current domain (casajimenezsancho.uned.ac.cr) is not on that list. When FontAwesome is blocked, WP VR’s icons and controls fail to load, which can prevent the tour from rendering.

    The Google Maps error is just an ad blocker blocking a telemetry request from Google Maps that one is harmless and unrelated to your tours.

    To fix this, please try one of the following:

    1. Enable ‘Disable FontAwesome’ in WP VR Settings: Go to WP VR > Settings and enable the “Disable FontAwesome from WP VR” option.
    2. Whitelist your domain in your FontAwesome Kit: If you manage the FontAwesome Kit at kit.fontawesome.com, log in and add your domain to the allowed domains list.

    Please give it a try and let us know if the tours appear after that.

    Thank you for your response. I deactivated the fontawesome plugin and disabled Fontawesome in WPVR settings, however the tour is still not showing. I don’t see any other errors in the log, only the google maps one.

    FYI @itamannaa, in the tour I switched back to the old IU and now the tour is showing in the page
