Totally no support from SumoME..

Hello,

I made a ticket at https://help.sumome.com and received an automatic email that the support will give feedback in 3 days. Now 6 days later still no feedback!??

Question was and still is: Mailchimp and SumoMe does not work. I see no list builder and did everything I must do and read all internet about this bug.

Who can help asap?
