While there isn’t a limit on how many variations a product can have that’s imposed by WooCommerce itself, it does very much depend on what your server can handle. In your case, it sounds like your server is having a hard time keeping up with the large number of variations.
Can you tell us a bit more about why you need as many variations? We may be able to provide an alternative to the kind of setup you have now.
Okay. I will contact my server-side for this. Well, there are 20 colours that need to choose, 20 colours x 20 colours x 20 colours x 2 types. That is why there are so many variations for it. If you have any other alternatives, that would be great.

Since you have so many variations, I would suggest reducing the variations (which will also reduce the strain on your server) by using custom product fields in their place. Here are some plugins you can check out:
