Hello, I love this plugin–it is easy and perfect!

I would like to use it a little more specifically however.

Is there a way to have the widget displayed on a certain page with the top 10 posts of one category listed?

I have three categories: “horse loving”, “farm living” and “every learning” and on each of those pages I would like it to have the top 10 posts relating to that specific category. Is that possible?

You can’t do that automatically with the widget easily. You could try a filter function to filter tptn_posts_where

See the example of the exclude category option.

You’ll need to use https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_get_post_categories/ to get the post categories for the post

Ack. I’ve tried to understand what you mean but my brain can’t wrap around it. I’m sorry. I really have no idea where to put what you said. But it would be so good to get this to work. Your plugin really gives me the look and function I want. But I would really like it to be able to show popular posts by category.

Hi, to be frank the code is quite a bit complicated to implement.
