Tooltips not working for non-admin users

    Hi,
    I recently noticed that my tooltips stopped working for users that aren’t logged into admin-wp. I tried uninstalling all my plugins besides that shortcode unlimited, as well as changing my theme to twenty-sixteen, but the issue persisted.

    It works fine for my browser which I’m logged into admin-wp, but for anyone else, the tooltip doesn’t pop up.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    I forgot to mention that the text I used tooltips on for this post is the underlined text “Great White Goldy Star”
