Title Topic cannot be typed in

I am not a programmer, but, have managed to get my site running for several years. Now I have an challenge I cannot understand how to fix. It is a blog, now a static page site.
When creating a post to my blog, under the All-In-One-SEO-Pack section, the title line gives me the message below that i have too many characters in my title.

This support page will not allow me to “clip” parts of the page to show you the program, so I have copied the parts of the page for explanation. I hope this helps. The part of the page that says “Preview Snippet shows:

Buying a condo With Miami-Home-Loan | MiamiHomeLoan4u.com Questions? CALL JIM 305-525-6742″. I think this is only 82 characters?

Below that is the ?Title section that shows:

?Title “Buying a condo With Miami-Home-Loan”

91 characters. Most search engines use a maximum of 60 chars for the title. What I have above is only 32 characters.

So, I do not know how to correct that error and have it post in the tile section only the title I finally wrote and keep it less that the 60 characters recommended.

Hopefully that explains my dilemma. And is there some way for me to add any “snips” to show the exact appearance of the issues on my page?
