If you need to edit the HTML, I would suggest not using the button and just directly put the link as plain text in your post as outlined here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Embeds
If you have further issues shoot us a note to support@embed.ly
I think you misunderstand. There are no buttons involved here. The embedly plugin is interfering with our site’s basic tinymce:

We haven’t even tried to embed anything yet.
Thanks for clarifying and providing the screenshot. We will review this and see if we can figure out how to prevent it.
Same problem on our Blog. When embed.ly plugin active, Font Box is not working at all. If you change the HTML formatting directly within the text editor, changes apply after puplishing the text.
Happy fixing

Sorry, didnt saw the resolved….
It’s actually not resolved. See post about my clarification.
In the absence of a solution we needed to stop using the plugin.
For us its working editing the formatting directly within the text editor with html tags. But thats not an option for all users and on long term also not for us. I also opened a post with same question to make Mod happy 😉
All the best with your issues
greetings
We’ve put out a new version 2.3.0 that should fix the issue. Send a note over to support@embed.ly if you continue to have trouble. After the update. you may need to hard refresh (ctrl+F5) your browser in the post area to get an updated JS file
Marking as resolved, email support@embed.ly if needed.
