Time zone issues

Hello Support Team,
We are running The Events Calendar on our multisite installation and have encountered a couple of issues related to timezone support:
- Enable Time Zone Support Issue:
When clicking the “Update Timezone Data” button, a progress bar appears, but nothing changes. The button remains visible, and we are unable to proceed to select either “Use site-wide time zone everywhere” or “Use manual time zones for each event.” - Timezone Change Issue on a Secondary Site:
On another site within the same multisite network, when we change the timezone, the day shifts as expected, but the event times remain unchanged. Notably, this functionality was working as expected previously but suddenly stopped working.
We have already tried updating to the latest version of The Events Calendar, removed and reinstalled the plugin, and cleared all caches, but the issue still persists.
Could you please assist us in resolving these issues? Proper timezone handling is critical for our event scheduling functionality.
