It’s possible that something installed on the site is causing problems. The best way to find out if something is interfering is to test for a theme or plugin conflict. To isolate the one causing the issue, you can do that by following these steps:
- Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Jetpack and clear your browser’s cache.
- Try again to add or modify the carrousel, and if that works,
- Then, you can reactivate plugins one by one, checking after each one to discover which plugin is causing the problem.
- You can leave that plugin deactivated and/or contact whoever makes that plugin to resolve the issue it’s causing.
If deactivating plugins doesn’t help, it may be your theme.
- Temporarily activate a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Four.
- Then, try again. If the problem is fixed, then you know it’s a problem with the theme. You can contact whoever makes the theme to resolve the issue it’s causing.

Hi, I have tried everything you suggested but it still did’t work. I hope you have some other things what can help solve the problem.

Thanks for giving those steps a try, we appreciate you taking the time to do some troubleshooting.
To help us better understand, could you please share a screenshot of what you see when the gallery shows in the “weird format”? If possible, it would also help if you could describe what you mean by “good format” versus “weird format” for example, are the images misaligned, smaller, cropped, or stacking differently than before?
If you could also remember when the issue started happening, that would be really helpful information to narrow down what might’ve caused it.
