This doesn’t appear to be a standard WordPress Gallery; do you use a photo or gallery plugin to customize your product galleries? If so, could you try to deactivate that plugin, and see if that helps?
If you don’t use such a plugin, I’d recommend switching to another theme for a few minutes, to make sure your theme isn’t handling that custom Gallery.
Let me know how that goes.
I appreciate your response Jeremy.
I have not many plugins installed, neither related to photo gallery I think:
Jetpack by WordPress.com
Page Builder by SiteOrigin
Shortcodes Ultimate
SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle
Theme My Login
WooCommerce
WooCommerce (ES)
WooCommerce Custom Product Tabs Lite
WooCommerce MercadoPago
Woocommerce Poor Guys Swiss Knife
WooCommerce Product Details Customiser
WP Super Cache
YITH WooCommerce Featured Video
On the other hand, do you know how to avoid my theme handle the gallery?
Thanks in advance!
I installed your theme on a test site of mine, and it didn’t apply any custom gallery. The custom galleries are consequently created by one of your plugins.
I would suggest looking at your different WooCommerce plugins. Does one of them include an option to turn on “enhanced galleries”, or things like PrettyPhoto? If so, try to deactivate those options in your plugin settings.
Let me know how it goes.
Muchas gracias!
I deactivated all plugins and try again but not.
I was looking for both options like “enhanced gallery” or something similar but I didn’t see anything. The only one similar is “Enable Lightbox” in Woocomerce product tab. I put in disable but nothing.
I will still check and verify where is the problem, I want to know who is keep my gallery in jail 🙂
Thanks a lot anyway, have a good day!
Martin.
It might be worth looking at yith-woocommerce-zoom-magnifier and Woocommerce PrettyPhoto options, as both of these tools appear to change the look of your galleries right now.
