Hi:
Have you tried the standard WordPress Plugin and Theme Conflict check? Its the fastest way to figure out if a theme or plugin is conflicting (which is case 98% of the time in situations such as the one you’ve described.)
To perform this check, please backup your site. Then, switch the theme to the basic WP 2015/16/17 theme. Finally, turn off all other plugins other than Awesome Support and see if the tickets show up.
If they do show up then you can turn on plugins one by one until the disappear again – that will tell you which plugin is conflicting.
Also, please make sure your are using PHP version 5.6.30 or later. You probably are already ok since your users can submit tickets but its good to double check.
Please let me know what you find.
