    Hi,

    I’ve just updated the plugin to the current version 4.

    The updated plugin is now correctly installed, BUT… all my tickets have disappeared.

    Is there any way to get them back?

    Hi:

    When you say they disappeared do you mean that the tickets list is completely empty?

    One thing to try is to go to TICKETS->TOOLS->CLEANUP and look for the button that allows you to re-run the conversion – click it to reset the security capabilities. That might help.

    It was my fault, I discovered that I was not filtering correctly…
