Hi ,
i purchased the custome status for awesome support plugin and i added my status and everything seems to be fine but when i changed the status of a ticket it disappeared .
Plz i need help as soon as possible and thank you.

Your original message said that you purchased the add on. Therefore you should already have an account and a license key.
