    Hello,
    After installing the module in several sites, in my last installation i can’t modify the Ticket Submission page in the configuration.
    Whatever i put in the field it keeps empty, can’t save it.

    Can you please help me?

    Where is that value stored?

    Hello,

    Thanks for the update. Now i can configure the ticket submissión page correctly.

    I just would like to let you know after the update now email templates are parsed and stored replacing the <> chars by “& lt;” “& gt;” (the space after the & it’s needed to not no be converted here to > and <)
