The resizing is done on image upload. That means, that you need to set the proper sizes before uploading your products images!

However, the images I upload are all the same sizes 339px x 507px. So they should be proportionally be the same.
Yes, if you have not changed the settings after you have uploaded the first few images. The plugin uses WordPRess upload and image manipulation functionality. If you have uploaded images before changing the settings you need to upload them again.

I changed all the image sizes to 507 x 507 pixels and I deleted all my old products and reuploaded my products and images, but they are different sizes? The images I upload are ALL the SAME SIZE…why is some larger than other for thumbnails?
