Three Column Downloadable Design?

3 colum Dot Template Issue: Anyone solve the problem where on the right side the positioning cannot be relative. I’m trying to put an Asides box to the right, but as information gets longer, it just runs into my search and archives

I made a 3 column layout on my site, using a combination of a small php menu(using arrays to populate the choices) and the amazon media manager.. I also stripped the ‘content’ out of the index.php file so I can use it for static pages
